Eating a large quantity of vegetables and veggies daily is good nutrition values. The USDA says that you eat at least 9 servings of veggies and fruits is essential. Although this number sounds very high, it is easy to consume that many servings. A fresh glass of apple juice or some tomato sauce on pasta can count as one serving each.
